LaTiffany Morrison serves as the Executive Director of Palmetto Free Clinic, where she leads the organization’s mission to provide free, compassionate health care to uninsured adults in York and Lancaster Counties. She has over 24 years of experience in ambulatory outpatient care, with a clinical background that includes primary care, oncology, internal medicine, pediatrics, rheumatology, and long-term care. With prior experience in leadership, hands-on clinical practice as a medical assistant and phlebotomist, and health education—including teaching phlebotomy at York Technical College—LaTiffany brings a comprehensive and informed approach to nonprofit leadership. She is deeply committed to advancing health equity and expanding access to quality care for those most in need.
