Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for services at Palmetto Free Clinic, patients must meet the following criteria:

• Be a resident of York County or Lancaster County

• Be between the ages of 18 and 64

• Have no health insurance, including no coverage through Medicaid or Medicare

• Have a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level

• Do not currently have a medical provider for primary care
