Get Involved by Volunteering
Palmetto Free Clinic (PFC) welcomes medical and licensed health professionals who are interested in volunteering their time to support uninsured adults in our community. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and complete required training, including HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies and procedures. Clinical volunteers are required to maintain current CPR/BLS certification and an active professional license or certification (MD, NP, RN, LPN, CMA, MLT, etc.). A criminal background check is required upon consideration, with a signed authorization, to ensure a safe, secure, and confidential environment for our patients.
